Privacy Policy
Clybet is committed to protecting the personal data of every player who uses our platform. This Privacy Policy explains in plain terms what data we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and what rights you hold over your information as a Clybet user.
Last updated: 1 January 2026Our Privacy Commitments at a Glance
Six core data privacy principles that govern everything Clybet does with your information.
Clybet does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for commercial or marketing purposes. Your data belongs to you — we use it solely to operate our platform and fulfil our obligations to you.
All personal and financial data stored and transmitted on the Clybet platform is protected using 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption. Payment credentials processed through partners like DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and Maybank are handled under their respective security frameworks.
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data held by Clybet at any time. Requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe and handled by our dedicated data compliance team.
Clybet retains personal data only for as long as is necessary for the stated processing purposes or as required by applicable legal and regulatory obligations. Once retention periods expire, data is securely deleted or anonymised.
Where data is shared with third-party service providers — such as KYC verification partners, payment processors, and fraud detection systems — such sharing is strictly limited to what is necessary to deliver the relevant service, and all recipients are bound by data processing agreements.
In the event of a data breach that materially affects your personal information, Clybet will notify affected players and relevant regulatory authorities within the timeframe required by applicable law, and will take immediate remedial action to contain the breach.

- Functional Cookies: Enable the Platform to remember your preferences and settings (such as language preference and display settings) to provide a more personalised experience.

Your Rights as a Data Subject
Subject to applicable data protection law and certain exemptions, you hold the following rights in relation to your personal data held by Clybet:
You have the right to request a copy of the personal data Clybet holds about you, along with information about how it is processed. We will respond to access requests within 30 days.
You have the right to request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete personal data held about you. You may also update certain data directly through your account settings.
You may request deletion of your personal data in certain circumstances — for example, where the data is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected, or where you withdraw consent. Note that legal retention obligations may preclude full erasure.
You may request that Clybet restrict processing of your data in certain circumstances — for example, while the accuracy of the data is being contested, or where you have objected to processing pending verification of legitimate grounds.
Where processing is based on consent or contractual necessity and carried out by automated means, you have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.

The Clybet Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above. Clybet does not knowingly collect or process the personal data of any person under the age of 21.
If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a person under 21 years of age, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account, in accordance with our underage gambling policy set out in the Terms & Conditions.

The Clybet Platform integrates services provided by third parties, including payment processors (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and cryptocurrency networks), KYC verification providers, and platform analytics tools. When you interact with these third-party services, your data is processed in accordance with their own privacy policies, which are independent of this Policy.
Clybet selects third-party service providers with due regard to their data protection practices and requires all providers who process personal data on our behalf to operate under written data processing agreements that impose obligations consistent with applicable data protection standards.
Clybet accepts no responsibility for the data practices of third-party services that operate outside of our data processing framework. Users are encouraged to review the privacy policies of any third-party services they engage with directly.
